An associate of Nana Akua Addo tells Ghanaweb the actress has resolved to ignore the comments by Bibi Bright due to her 'matured nature'.
Bibi Bright last Wednesday described Nana Akua Addo as 'fake' for badmouthing her colleagues in the movie industry.
In a series on Instagram posts, furious Bibi Bright accused Nana Akua of backbiting and deliberate sabotage of other acts in the industry.
She also accused her of gossiping and lying about scores of popular on-screen personalities including Becca, Yvonne Okoro, Yvonne Nelson and Berla Mundi.
But a source tells Ghanaweb Nana Akua Addo will not be responding to the 'acts of jealousy' by Bibi Bright.
"What Bibi Bright did is very childish [and] she thought she was only disgracing Nana Akua Addo but she has thrown dirt in the eyes of all the female celebrities she mentioned in her attack.”
She added, “Silence is golden, Nana Akua Addo is matured hence, will not descend so low to the gutters and make herself unclean".
This is the first time the two Ghallywood personalities are engaging in this exchange with many wondering what the trigger is, but an associate of Nana Akua Addo believes it stems from envy.
“Oh I heard she has chickened out of that disgraceful situation. She has deleted everything she wrote about Nana Akua Addo and the several Ghanaian celebrities...Yes, she has deleted them, but does she know the pain, hurt and humiliation she has caused to all the people involved,” the source quizzed.
